in the future:

i will not tolerate motor oil sitting on the front porch with a kitchen spatula sticking out of it.
i will not tolerate shoes littered all over the floor, insulting my empty shoe rack.
i will not tolerate people who are undependable, unreliable, or petty.
i will not tolerate the use of careless, thoughtless profanity.
i will not tolerate racist, sexist or otherwise disrespectful jokes or comments.

i will not tolerate large chunks of time in which i have not spoken to MY people.
i will not tolerate misery.
i will not tolerate unsettled issues that communication can fix.
i will not tolerate slavery to a job, a paycheck or an unwise commitment.
i will not tolerate broken appliances.
i will not tolerate brutal negativity or faithless pessimism.
i will not tolerate stress on the beach.

when any of the above offenses occur, i will not tolerate my own responses being petty, vicious or unproductive.

i am resolved to develop and maintain routines that keep me feeling healthy, sexy and confident.
